Enhanced Tour Controls & Security

This update focuses on giving you more precision over the user experience and tighter security for where your virtual tours live.

1. Disable Scroll Zoom

You now have the ability to lock the zoom level on your virtual tours. This is particularly useful for maintaining a consistent perspective or preventing users from accidentally zooming too far in or out while navigating.

  • How it works: Toggle "Disable Zoom" in the viewer settings. When active, mouse wheel scrolling and pinch-to-zoom gestures will be ignored, keeping the Field of View fixed. (Tutorial)

2. Domain Whitelisting (Domain Lock)

Security just got a major upgrade. To prevent unauthorized sites from "stealing" or embedding your content, you can now restrict your iframe shares to specific domains.

  • How it works: Add your authorized URLs (e.g., yourwebsite.com) to the Domain Lock settings. The virtual tour will only load when embedded on those specific sites, returning an error everywhere else.(Tutorial)
