What is a Space?

In Crezlo, a Space is a dedicated digital environment designed to organize and manage related content, discussions, and activities. Think of it as a virtual room or project workspace where teams or individuals can collaborate on specific topics, projects, or initiatives. Spaces provide a structured and centralized location for all relevant information, ensuring that everyone involved has easy access to the resources they need.

Why Use Spaces?

  • Centralized Collaboration: All project-related files, discussions, and updates stay in one location.

  • Customizable Setup: Define privacy, permissions, and rules to suit the purpose of your space (e.g., public community, private team project, or client workspace).

  • Easy Access: Each space has its own unique URL, making it simple for members to access directly.

  • Scalable: Whether you’re managing a small group or a large community, Spaces can adapt to your needs.

Creating and Managing a Space in Crezlo

Log in to Your Crezlo Account

  1. Open your browser and go to crezlo.com.

  2. Enter your username/email and password.

  3. Once logged in, you’ll land on the dashboard.

  1. From the dashboard sidebar, select Spaces.

  2. You’ll see a list of any existing Spaces you’ve created or joined.

  3. To start fresh, click the Create Space button (usually in the top-right corner).

Fill in Space Details

When creating a Space, you’ll be asked to provide basic information:

  • Space Name – A clear, descriptive name helps others recognize the purpose instantly.

  • Example: Marketing Team Space, Product Roadmap 2025, Community Forum.

  • Preview URL – This is the unique web address for your Space.

  • Example: marketing.crezlo.com or myteam.crezlo.com.

This URL will be used to access the space.

Configure Privacy and Permissions

This step determines how open or restricted your Space will be:

Privacy Options

  • Public – Anyone can find and join the Space. Best for open communities, public projects, or knowledge-sharing hubs.

  • Private – Only invited members can access. Perfect for internal teams, client work, or sensitive discussions.

 Permissions:

  • Set who can post, comment, or manage the Space.

  • Assign moderators or admins if needed.

  • Establish rules or guidelines to set the tone for collaboration.**

Add Members or Invite Followers

  1. Use the Invite option to add members by email or Crezlo username.

  2. Share the Space link to let people join directly.

  3. Work with co-admins or moderators to help manage new members.
