Rearranging scenes in your Crezlo virtual tour helps you control the flow of your storytelling and ensures viewers experience your space in the most logical and engaging order. Whether you're showcasing a real estate property, a hotel, or a virtual experience, organizing scenes correctly makes navigation smoother and more intuitive.
Before moving scenes, ensure your "building blocks" are ready.
Finalize Uploads: Ensure all 360° panoramas are uploaded to the tour.
Audit Scene Names: Identify files with raw names (e.g., pexels-fotoaibe-1669799.jpg as seen in your screenshot) and rename them to descriptive titles like "Master Bedroom."
Identify the "Hero" Shot: Select the single most impressive image to serve as the tour’s starting point.
This is the technical phase where you use the editor tools shown in your images.
Access the Tool: Click the Rearrange icon (vertical arrows) on the bottom carousel.
Establish Logic: * Residential: Entry → Living Area → Kitchen → Bedrooms → Exterior.
The "Drag & Drop" Sprint: Use the drag handles in the Rearrange Scenes modal to move rows into your established logic.
The Save Point: Click Save Order to commit the changes to the live preview.
The "Walkthrough" Test: Use the preview mode to manually click through the carousel from start to finish.
Check Transitions: Ensure there are no "logical leaps" (e.g., clicking next and suddenly being on a different floor without context).
Mobile Optimization: Preview the tour on a mobile device to ensure the carousel remains easy to navigate with the new order.
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Scene won't move | Ensure you are clicking exactly on the six-dot handle on the left. |
| Order didn't save | Check your internet connection and ensure you clicked Save Order, not just the "X" to close. |
| Duplicate names | You have two "Living Rooms" in your list; rename one (e.g., "Main Living" vs "Sitting Room") to avoid user confusion. |
