Connecting a custom domain allows you to replace your default Crezlo subdomain (e.g., yourbrand.crezlotours.com) with your own professional branded URL (e.g., t1.crezlo.info or www.yourdomain.com).
Follow this step-by-step guide to configure your DNS settings and map your domain properly.
Log into your Crezlo dashboard.
Go to the edit section and open your Workspace Details.
Scroll down to the section titled "How should we connect your domain?"
In the configuration fields provided:
Crezlo Subdomain: This displays your default platform address (e.g., devil).
Domain Name: Type in the exact custom external domain or subdomain you want to use (for example: www.yourdomain.com).
Once entered, the platform will automatically generate the specific Instructions and DNS records you need to add to your registrar.
Keep your Crezlo tab open, open a new browser tab, and log into the account where you purchased your domain (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Google Domains). Locate your domain's DNS Management or Zone Editor panel and add the following two records:
This maps your custom domain or subdomain traffic directly to your Crezlo workspace server.
Type: CNAME
Host Name / Name: Enter your subdomain prefix.
Example: If you are connecting www.yourdomain.com, enter www. If you are connecting t1.crezlo.info, enter t1.
(Note: If your host requires a full domain name structure as shown in the platform instructions table, match it to what is listed in your panel).
Value / Target / Points to: devil.crezlotours.com (or the specific target provided in your workspace dashboard).
TTL: Default or 1 Hour.
This record verifies domain ownership and generates an SSL certificate securely via Cloudflare.
Type: TXT
Host Name / Name: _cf-custom-hostname.t1.crezlo.info (Replace with the exact string provided in your unique instructions table).
Value / Text content: Copy and paste the long alphanumeric verification string exactly as shown (e.g., 45d76820-56b1-40ab-9914-a36919cebd2d).
TTL: Default.
After adding both records successfully inside your domain manager, return to your Crezlo browser window.
Click the Update Workspace button at the bottom right of the page.
⚠️ Important Note on Propagation: > The status banner will display "Domain configuration is in progress... for domain yourdomain.com". DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes up to 24–48 hours to update across the internet. Once successfully validated, your status will change, and your external custom domain will go live!
