How to Change Visibility Settings and Add Passwords in Crezlo Virtual Tours

When you create a Virtual Tour in Crezlo, you control who can view it by setting the visibility. You can also add password protection for extra security. This guide walks you through the process.

Changing Visibility Settings

  1. Log in to your Crezlo account.
Go to your dashboard and open the Virtual Tours section.

  2. Select the tour you want to edit.
Click on the tour thumbnail or title to open its settings.

  3. Go to Visibility Settings.
Look for the “Visibility” or “Privacy” option in the tour settings panel.

  4. Choose one of the three options:

    • Public → Anyone can view and share the tour.
    • Private → Only you (the creator) can see it.
    • Unlisted → Accessible only to those with the link.
  5. Save changes.
Click Save/Update to apply the new setting. Your tour’s visibility is updated instantly.

Adding Password Protection

For sensitive or limited-access tours, Crezlo lets you add a password.

  1. Open the Tour Settings.
Navigate to the tour you want to secure.

  2. Enable Password Protection.
Toggle the “Password Protect Tour” option.

  3. Set a Strong Password.
Enter a custom password. Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for security.

  4. Save your changes.
Once saved, viewers will need to enter this password to access your tour.

Best Practices for Visibility & Security

  • Use Private when drafting or testing your tour.
  • Use Unlisted for client previews or limited sharing.
  • Use Public when you’re ready to showcase your work to a wide audience.
  • Add Password Protection for confidential tours or sensitive projects.

Pro Tip: You can change visibility and password settings at any time even after sharing the tour. This gives you full control over who sees your content.
