Crezlo Tours Roles and Permission Module

Crezlo Tours – Roles & Permissions Module

Overview

The Roles & Permissions Module in Crezlo Tours provides secure, flexible, and granular access control across the Tours workspace. It allows organizations to define user roles and control what actions each user can perform—ensuring better collaboration, data protection, and workflow management.

Core Capabilities

1. Role Management

Create, edit, and manage user roles based on responsibility and access needs.

  • Define custom role names (Admin, Editor, Viewer, etc.)

  • Add clear role descriptions for easy understanding

  • Update roles anytime without affecting existing data

  • Centralized role listing with creation and update timestamps

2. Permission Grouping

Permissions are organized into logical feature groups for clarity and scalability.

Examples:

  • Tours

  • Scenes

  • (Future-ready for Hotspots, Media, Analytics, Billing, etc.)

Each group contains standard actions:

  • View

  • Create

  • Edit

  • Delete

3. Granular Permission Control

Fine-grained control over what each role can do.

  • Enable or disable specific actions per feature

  • Independent control for each permission (no forced bundles)

  • Permission counters (e.g., 3/4, 1/4) show access level clearly

  • Expand/collapse groups for better usability

4. Select All / Bulk Permissions

Efficient permission assignment for large workspaces.

  • “Select All” toggle to instantly grant or revoke access

  • Bulk enable permissions within a group

  • Faster role setup for teams and enterprises
